I am Swedish born but have lived most of my life outside Sweden.

Why did you decide to found Consido?
I started my first relocation business in Sweden 15 years ago and in connection with our move to London back in 1999, I decided to set up a similar business in London.

What is your business ethos?
To help our clients settle as conveniently as possible in the Greater London area.

How important is your company name in communicating what your business is about?
Consido is Latin and translates as ‘settle in gently’– which is just what we aim to do for our clients.

How have your personal and professional experiences shaped the way you conduct business?
Having been an expat myself, I am well aware of all the challenges in connection with a relocation.

Corporate and private individual relocation – property acquisition advisory – cross culture training.

How has the current economic climate affected your business?
Corporate relocation is down; however, property purchase by overseas investors is up.

How have you adapted with the changing environment to get the best for your business and clients?
As a small company with low overhead costs, we have been able to operate as usual.

What are your company’s values?
As a company, we strive to always provide honest and unbiased advice to our clients.

What do you think are the most exciting developments occurring in your industry?
More people realise the benefit of using property advisory services. Property purchase is often a big investment and it is vital to get the right advice from experts.
